Position Summary

Craftwood Inc. is a high quality, value added, customer focused, established company operating primarily in the Chicagoland region. We are currently looking for someone familiar with the area to join us as a customer service representative with a foot in sales. This person must be a result driven individual that has a track record of client relationship management. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day while being extremely detailed oriented. As Craftwood Inc. is not just a supplier but a partner with our clients, this candidate must be personable and comfortable talking to customers. We believe in trust and transparency, as we have built our brand on our relationships and reputation. The ideal person will be able to represent those values in any and all dealings with our client base.

Essential Responsibilities

• Will need to quickly and naturally build connections with clients and builders.
• Telesales existing and potential customers delivering increased sales opportunities; provides quotes, confirmations, introduces new products and promotions.
• Respond timely, promptly and professionally to customer requests.
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues.
• Process RMA return requests from customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain resolute and resilient under stress.
• Will need extensive experience in problem solving in the building industry.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, that includes planning each week, each day, and each call with intention.
• Must have positive and pleasant attitude, be energetic and ready to learn and quickly integrate into fast-paced team.
• Must be self-motivated and have ability to work independently.
• Self-confidence and telemarketing skills are essential.
• Detail oriented, multi-tasking.
• Communicating with vendors as well as clients in a professional manner, including the ability to write well.
• Computer skills and highly proficient in email and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant building material experience.
• 2+ years in windows industry is desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable area of study is preferred.
• Basic understanding of the supply chain to the building materials industry.
• Reading blueprints and doing takeoffs.
• Speaking Polish and English is a plus.
