Solid Wood
To enhance stability even further, the core of our mahogany doors contain the same solid mahogany species. For our engineered banded stiles and rails, each stile features a solid mahogany edge band. The engineered stiles and rails are stronger then single, solid wood pieces, reducing the possibility of the door warping or splitting. Our durable 3-ply wood panels will not twist, warp, shrink or expand.
In our finished series, the panel is completely prefinished and sealed on all six sides before being installed, and as the panels are free to float between fixed edges, there is no unfinished part of the panel that may show up with time. There are no nails that hold panels in place.
Pre-Hanging
Each door unit comes with full frames and doors panels to resist the elements and regular usage.
Each unit includes:
- 4-9/16″, 5-1/4″ or 6-5/8″ Jambs (different sizes available upon request)
- Compression Weather-Strip: Bronze or White
- Sill: Bronze, Aluminum, Gold – Adjustable or Fixed Flat Oak
- Hinges: 4″x4″ – Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Bright Brass (different finishes available upon request)
- Door Shoe: Bronze, Aluminum or Gold
- Bore: Single or Double
- Double Door: Include Aluminum or Wood “T” Astragal with Matching Flush Bolts
- Brickmould and Optional Casing

Door Jamb
Jamb’s width
All our doors are pre-hung on primed or wood rabbeted jambs. The frame width must fit the exterior wall thickness.

Door Sill (Threshold)
Protected your door system against air and water infiltration at its most vulnerable point with Adjustable Aluminum Threshold in Bronze, Aluminum or Brass Finish.
We also offer:
- Bumper Outswing Sill (for high exposure areas and severe weather conditions)
- ADA Compliant Sill
Weatherstrip
Interlock weather-stripping to provide a tight and continuous seal. Installed into kerf slot on the face of the door frame.
Available in Dark Bronze and White Finish.
Brickmould
Brickmoulding is used as decorative trim around the exterior of the door unit and where it meets the edge of brick.
Shipped loose on all square top units. All round top units come with brickmould attached to frame.
Standard size is 1-1/4″ x 2″.
Handle Preparation
All doors come with standard single bore preparation (2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ backset).
If the door requires a separate deadbolt lock, than the door must be additionally bored at 5-1/2″ above to accommodate handle and deadbolt.
